Aqua-up is a total body workout on water, on inflated rectangle Aqua-up board/mat. The lessons are fun and adapted to everyone. HIIT, burpees, push-ups, sit-ups… Pilates, yoga… from moderate to high cardio, while having to maintain the core balance and stability. We were amazed how challenging and efficient this is, and want to share it with others. It is a great complementary exercise to triathletes as well as fun fitness lesson for non-athletes.
